Location
The hotel is situated right at the banks of the lake, 100m from the centre of Zell am See and the pedestrian area and approx. The ski lift City Express is 800 m from the hotel, the ski bus stop 300m. The hotel offers a free of charge shuttle to the ski lifts City Xpress and Trass Xpress.
Description
The historical part of the building was built in 1894-1896. The last big renovation was in 2015. However, there are renovation works every year. The hotel accommodates 131 rooms on six floors in two buildings, which are interconnected.

This hotel with a long-standing tradition of hospitality is located near the pedestrian zone of the resort and embraces the guests with its comfortable and luxurious atmosphere. A perfect accommodation to combine active holidays with SPA-treatments. Also recommended for families. Since January 2016 there is a branch of Casinos Austria in the hotel.
